• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

Rc24 monitors unusual betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected on an account, it may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rc24 platform. Any violation will result in serious action.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Hacking the platform's systems or exploiting any vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Processing money laundering or illegal funds through rc24.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members.
• Participating in or facilitating any match-fixing activities.

Rc24 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances.

• Accounts may be closed without notice for violations of these terms.
• Withdrawal access may be suspended until KYC verification is completed.
• Users may also voluntarily request to close their own account at any time.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, access to the platform will be blocked for the specified period.

In the event of a user's death, the account balance will be returned to the nearest legal heir, provided the required legal documentation is submitted.
